Denali A.M.P. (Assured Maintenance & Protection) Membership – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The Denali A.M.P. (Assured Maintenance & Protection) Membership is a service program designed to provide members with ongoing electrical safety inspections, exclusive discounts, priority scheduling, and other benefits as described in the program materials. By enrolling, members agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership Term & Cancellation

Membership is offered on a month-to-month or annual basis with no long-term contract.

• Members may cancel at any time without fees by sending an email to membership@denalielectricllc.com. For documentation purposes, written email notification is required, and a follow-up phone call is recommended.
• Membership may be paused for up to three (3) months upon request. During the pause, billing will stop, and membership benefits will be temporarily suspended.
• If the membership is resumed within three months, pricing will continue at the original rate from the time of sign-up.
• If the pause exceeds three months, the membership will be considered canceled and must be reactivated at the current membership pricing available at that time.
• Nonpayment alone does not constitute cancellation.

3. Scheduling & Availability

• Annual home safety and efficiency checkups are performed Monday through Friday, between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
• Members must schedule these visits directly with Denali Electric. Availability is subject to technician scheduling and may vary during peak times.
• Priority scheduling is offered to members but is based on the severity and urgency of the electrical issue. Emergencies or life-safety hazards for other members may be prioritized.

4. Discounts & Pricing

• Membership includes a 10% discount on labor and materials.
• Labor rates are locked in for the lifetime of the membership.
• Material pricing is subject to market conditions and supplier costs. Members will still receive 10% off current material prices at the time of service.
• Discounts apply only to work performed by Denali Electric LLC and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Membership includes a lifetime labor warranty for work performed by Denali Electric LLC while membership is active.
• This warranty covers the labor only for repair or installation services performed by Denali Electric. It does not cover materials, equipment, or devices.
• If materials or equipment fail outside of their manufacturer's warranty, replacement costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Denali Electric LLC is not liable for damages or losses arising from misuse, neglect, alterations made by others, or conditions beyond its control (e.g., acts of nature, power surges, or code changes).

6. No Refund Policy

• All membership payments are non-refundable. Because membership benefits, discounts, and services become available immediately upon enrollment, refunds cannot be issued once a payment has been processed.
• If a membership is canceled, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
• If a membership is paused, billing stops during the pause but any previously paid period remains non-refundable.
• Members are encouraged to pause or cancel before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue membership benefits.

7. Annual Safety & Efficiency Checkup

Membership includes one complete home safety and efficiency inspection per year, covering:

• Panel and service equipment inspection
• Breaker functionality and circuit protection checks
• Receptacle and outlet testing
• GFCI and AFCI protection verification
• Lighting and switch inspections
• Grounding and bonding system checks
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detector testing
• Appliance and disconnect inspections
• Energy efficiency and safety enhancement recommendations
• Final report with documentation and recommendations

8. Text Message Consent

By enrolling in the Denali A.M.P. Membership, you agree to receive text messages from Denali Electric LLC related to your membership, including appointment reminders, service updates, billing notices, and exclusive member offers.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You may text HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.
• Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

9. General Terms

• Denali Electric LLC reserves the right to update membership benefits with 30 days' notice.
• Benefits apply only while membership is active and in good standing.
• Membership is non-transferable and applies solely to the property address listed on the membership account.
• Denali Electric LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for misuse, abuse of program terms, or unsafe conditions.
